Terms of use
The content here is information, not advice on your case.
These terms set out how legal-stay.eu may be used: what the published content is, what sending an enquiry means, and when a relationship with the firm arises.
Last updated: 3 September 2026.
1. Who runs the site
legal-stay.eu is run by Kancelaria Adwokacka Andrzej Bołtryk, ul. Plażowa 67, 15-502 Białystok, Poland, conducted by an advocate entered on the roll of the Bar Association in Białystok under number BIA/Adw/839. Legal Stay is the firm's trading name. Contact: [email protected], tel. +48 600 900 353.
2. The nature of the content
The content published on the site, including blog posts and descriptions of matters, is informational only and is not legal advice in an individual case. Using the site does not create an advocate-client relationship; that arises only once a contract with the firm is concluded.
The law and the practice of the offices change, and the same circumstances are assessed differently depending on the facts. We take care to keep the content current, but it does not replace an assessment of a specific case.
3. Enquiries
- Sending an enquiry through the form, by e-mail or in a messenger does not oblige the firm to take the case.
- We tell you whether the case can be taken after a preliminary review of the enquiry.
- The site is not for sending documents or sensitive data; we name a secure channel once the case is accepted.
- The firm may decline a case, in particular where there is a conflict of interest or where the matter falls outside the practice it conducts.
4. Quotes and fees
A binding quote is given before the contract is concluded and stays fixed for the scope it covers. Rates given on the site are indicative, in line with the rules on advertising advocates' services under the Code of Advocates' Ethics. How we charge is set out on the fees page.
5. Copyright
The content, the Legal Stay word and figurative mark, the photographs and the graphic elements of the site are protected by law. Copying or using them without the firm's consent is prohibited. Quoting excerpts with attribution and a link to the site is permitted within the limits of the right of quotation.
6. Liability
The firm is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the content of the site, without an individual consultation. The firm is not an employment agency, publishes no job offers and does not broker employment with any particular employer.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome or the date it will be issued, because both depend on the authority conducting the proceedings.
7. Complaints
Comments about the site and complaints about the firm's services are accepted at [email protected]. We reply within 14 days of receipt.
8. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. How personal data is processed is set out in the privacy policy. These terms may be updated; the version published on the site, bearing the date given at the top, applies.
