Fees and how we charge
You know the price before the contract, and it does not change in it.
We do not publish ranges that mean nothing. We publish the rules a quote is built on, and we name the price once we have seen the case.
Rules that always apply
- We confirm the price before the contract is signed, and it stays fixed in the contract.
- The cost of the consultation is credited against the fee if you instruct us.
- Rates are given as prices from, because the final figure depends on scope.
- We take no fee for finding work, because we are not an employment agency.
The last rule follows from the Polish Code of Advocates' Ethics: prices in advertising for advocates' services may only be given as indicative, and the fee is agreed in the contract with the client.
What the quote depends on
- The type of matter: a first permit application is a different scope from an appeal against a refusal.
- The state of the documents: a complete set shortens the work, gaps lengthen it.
- The stage at which you come to us: a case before filing and a case after an official request take different effort.
- The scope of the power of attorney: a single submission, or running the whole proceedings.
How a quote comes about
- You describe the case in a messenger or through the form.
- Within one business day we say whether the firm can take it.
- At the consultation we assess the legal basis, the documents and the risks.
- We name a price and a scope, and once you accept them we write them into the contract.
Rates are being prepared
A table of indicative rates will appear here once the firm confirms it. Until then we quote individually after assessing the case, and the rules above apply unchanged.

Frequently asked questions
Why are there no specific amounts here?
Because amounts without a scope mislead. The same case name means a different workload with a complete file than with gaps after an official request. We name the price once we have seen the case, and then it is binding.
Is the consultation paid?
The consultation is a service with its own price, which we give you before it is arranged. If you instruct us to run the case, its cost is credited against the fee.
Can the price rise mid-case?
The price written into the contract is fixed for the agreed scope. If the case goes beyond that scope, for instance an appeal stage is added, we agree that separately before the new stage begins.
