Residence applications through MOS
Since 27 April 2026 residence permit applications are filed electronically through the Case Handling Module. That is a change in how you file, not in what the office assesses.
A request to supplement your file
A request means the office needs something in order to carry on with the case. It is not a decision and does not settle the outcome, but it sets a deadline, and missing it can end the proceedings.
Changing employer and the legality of your stay
